Summary

The Fashion Advisor, Watches & Fine Jewelry provides exceptional client service to drive conversion, retention, and revenue. You will manage the end-to-end client experience in a boutique setting, working alongside the sales team and reporting to boutique leadership. The role focuses on building lasting client relationships and promoting the House's watches and fine jewelry.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of new customers and convert walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors.
• Deliver prompt, professional, warm, and courteous client service to optimize the client experience.
• Build and maintain genuine relationships through consistent outreach and follow-up.
• Take in repairs and alterations and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding repair status.
• Collaborate with boutique team to meet sales objectives and uphold boutique image and operational standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience; watches and jewelry knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a service-minded approach to client experience.
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• High school degree minimum; foreign language skills preferred.
• Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally within the brand.
