Responsibilities

• Drive sales by placing customers at the center of decisions and building client relationships.
• Represent brand expectations and support company initiatives, team training, and new shopping technologies.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards, and provide management with feedback on customer and category needs.
• Support alternative purchasing processes and digital product discovery options.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers, management, and coworkers.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
