Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassadors deliver a personalized and inspiring shopping experience focused on the customer and support store initiatives to drive sales. This entry-level retail role involves teamwork, use of sales technology, and opportunities for growth into leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily business to achieve sales goals.
• Engage customers and provide a consistent brand experience.
• Support company initiatives and participate in team training.
• Use company sales tools and alternative purchasing processes such as Gladly and Ship to Home.
• Assist with product discovery tools including QR codes and digital catalogs.
• Provide feedback to management on customer and category opportunities.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills with customers and team members.
• Ability to operate register and remain on feet for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver throughout the store.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
