Responsibilities

• Drive sales by placing the customer at the center of decisions and achieving sales goals.
• Represent brand and store standards while maintaining the sales floor.
• Use digital tools and alternative purchasing options to support customer product discovery and purchases.
• Build clientele, participate in training, and share feedback with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
