Brand Ambassador

Summary

Brand Ambassadors provide personalized, inspiring customer experiences and support sales performance in a retail environment. The role combines customer service, product knowledge, styling, and collaboration to uphold store standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and meet or exceed individual sales and performance objectives.
• Support sales plans, connect customers through the Polo Connect program, and educate customers about available offerings.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain standards across the sales floor and back of house.
• Support store operations, including opening and closing tasks, floor sets, replenishment, and visual standards.
• Participate in training, share product feedback with management, and contribute to an inclusive team environment.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and occasional overnight shifts or travel as required.
