Brand Ambassador

Summary

The Brand Ambassador delivers personalized, inspiring customer experiences and contributes to store sales goals. The role combines fashion and styling knowledge with customer service, teamwork, and support for store standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and personalized styling assistance, including in fitting rooms.
• Meet or exceed individual performance goals and contribute to sales plans.
• Maintain sales floor, fitting room, and back-of-house standards; support replenishment and floor sets.
• Educate customers about available programs and offerings, and share product feedback with management.
• Complete required training and opening or closing duties while collaborating with the team.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts as business needs require.
