Brand Ambassador

Summary

The Brand Ambassador delivers a personalized, inspiring shopping experience with a customer-first mindset. This role supports sales goals, promotes Ralph Lauren products and programs, and contributes to an inclusive, high-performing store team.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with styling, sizing, and fitting room needs.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and performance objectives, and contribute to store sales plans.
• Maintain store standards across the sales floor and back of house, including opening and closing duties, replenishment, and floor sets.
• Support visual standards, communicate product feedback and customer needs to management, and participate in company training.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive, inclusive environment and prioritize the customer experience.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers, managers, and coworkers.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts or travel as required.
