Brand Ambassador

Summary

Full-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations. Acts as a customer first representative who supports store initiatives, participates in team training, embraces new technologies, and helps drive sales and brand standards. This role is an entry point for future leadership opportunities within the company.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales and profit performance using key tools and resources to drive selling
• Support execution of company and store initiatives and maintain store standards
• Participate in team training and provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities
• Engage clients through creative outreach and community initiatives to broaden client base
• Support alternative purchasing processes including Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home
• Broaden product discovery through QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores
• Maintain productivity standards through effective store execution
• Uphold company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
• Ability to operate register and stand and walk for multiple hours
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel or overnight shifts
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers
• Planning and time management skills
