The Brand Ambassador delivers personalized customer service and an inspiring shopping experience. This role supports sales goals, builds customer connections, and contributes to an inclusive and polished store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and support customers with product selection, styling, and fitting room needs.
• Meet individual sales objectives and contribute to store sales plans and performance goals.
• Maintain sales floor, fitting room, and back-of-house standards, including visual presentation, replenishment, and opening or closing tasks.
• Participate in training, share product feedback, and collaborate with colleagues to support store operations.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts or travel as required.
