Provide exceptional customer service as a Brand Ambassador delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience. Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service with a customer first mindset
- Meet or exceed individual KPI including sales per hour and data capture
- Support achievement of sales plans through teamwork and adherence to policies
- Connect customers to loyalty programs and educate them on offerings
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store standards
- Support operational activities including floor sets and replenishment
- Complete opening and closing responsibilities and maintain back of house standards
- Participate in company trainings on product, process, and talent development
- Provide product feedback to management and support visual merchandising standards
Requirements
- Retail or similar high volume customer service experience preferred
- Effective verbal communication with customers and store personnel
- Ability to stand walk and move for multiple hours and perform physical tasks
- Ability to lift and climb up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
- Ability to operate the register and perform fitting room duties
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and occasional travel
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and co workers
