Summary
Provide personalized and inspiring customer service to deliver the Ralph Lauren experience while supporting sales objectives and store operations. This role focuses on customer engagement, product knowledge, and contributing to team performance and visual standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service with a customer first mindset.
- Understand and meet individual sales KPIs and utilize tools to drive performance.
- Support achievement of sales plans and uphold brand policies and procedures.
- Connect customers through the Polo Connect program and educate on programs and offerings.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store standards.
- Maintain sales floor and back of house standards and complete opening and closing tasks.
- Support operational activities including floor sets and replenishment.
- Participate in company trainings on product, process, and talent development.
- Provide feedback to management on product and category opportunities.
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to stand, move, walk for multiple hours and operate the register.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor and stock areas.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and potential travel.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers.
- Commitment to uphold company standards, policies, and a professional work environment.
