Full-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations, supports store initiatives, and represents the brand with professionalism. This role focuses on sales performance, customer engagement, and contributing to a collaborative store environment while supporting new technology and alternative purchasing processes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver sales and profit performance using key tools and resources
- Support execution of company and store initiatives
- Participate in team training to drive business results
- Engage clients through creative outreach and community initiatives
- Provide exceptional customer experience aligned to brand expectations
- Support alternative purchasing processes such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home
- Broaden product discovery using QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores
- Maintain store standards and sales floor productivity at all times
- Provide feedback to management on opportunities and category needs
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume specialty environment preferred
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
- Ability to operate register and remain on feet for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks on the sales floor
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive customer and coworker relationships
- Planning, prioritization and time management skills
