Deliver personalized and inspiring customer service on the sales floor to drive sales and uphold brand standards. Act as an entry point for future leadership by meeting performance metrics and supporting a cohesive, inclusive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service with a customer first mindset.
- Meet or exceed individual KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture.
- Contribute to achieving sales plans and maintain brand policies and procedures.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and support floor replenishment and visual standards.
- Perform opening and closing duties and support operational tasks like floor sets and ISOS.
- Connect customers to loyalty programs and educate them on company initiatives and offerings.
- Participate in company trainings including product, compliance, and talent development.
- Provide product feedback to management and help maintain store standards.
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred in a high-volume environment.
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to stand, walk, and maneuver on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform stocking and back of house tasks.
- Ability to operate a register and perform cashier duties.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers.
