Responsibilities

• Drive daily business to achieve sales goals.
• Proactively focus on the customer in all decisions.
• Support company and store initiatives and vision.
• Participate in team training to execute results.
• Utilize retail technologies and alternative purchasing processes.
• Represent and deliver consistent brand experience.
• Engage in networking to build clientele.
• Provide feedback to management on opportunities and category needs.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times.

Requirements

• Retail or similar high volume specialty experience preferred.
• Effective communication with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to operate register and remain standing and walking for multiple hours.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends and potential travel.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and co workers.
• Comfort using digital tools such as QR codes and digital catalogs.
