Responsibilities
- Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
- Support company initiatives and execute store vision aligned to brand expectations
- Participate in team training and provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities
- Utilize digital tools and alternative purchasing processes to strengthen customer connectivity
- Engage in networking to build clientele and broaden product discovery channels
- Ensure sales floor and store standards are consistently met
- Represent the customer experience expectations in store and champion core values
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
- Ability to operate register and stand, move and walk for multiple hours
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and co-workers
