Responsibilities
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through customer-focused activities
- Support and participate in team training to achieve business results
- Use company tools and technology to support alternative purchasing processes
- Represent and deliver a consistent brand experience on the sales floor
- Engage in networking to begin building a clientele
- Provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities
- Ensure sales floor and store standards are maintained at all times
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or specialty environment preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel
- Ability to operate register and remain on feet, walk and move for multiple hours
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks on the sales floor
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with management and co-workers
