Responsibilities
- Drive day-to-day business to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- Provide personalized customer service and build clientele through networking
- Support company and store initiatives and represent the brand experience
- Utilize digital selling tools and alternative purchase methods such as Gladly and Ship to Home
- Participate in team training and provide feedback to management on opportunities
- Maintain sales floor standards and merchandising expectations at all times
- Assist customers with product discovery using QR codes and digital catalogs
- Operate register and support omnichannel processes like Click to Zoom and JRNI
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred in a high-volume specialty environment
- Strong customer communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and maneuver on the sales floor for extended periods
- Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and performing physical tasks as required
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems and new retail technology
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and occasional travel
- Team player who supports a collaborative and inclusive environment
