The Brand Ambassador delivers personalized, inspiring customer experiences while supporting sales goals and store standards. This customer-focused role contributes to a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with styling, sizing, and fitting room needs.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and performance objectives and contribute to store sales plans.
• Maintain sales floor, fitting room, stockroom, and visual standards; support replenishment, floor sets, and opening and closing duties.
• Educate customers about products, programs, and available offerings, and share product feedback with management.
• Participate in company training and support a positive, inclusive work environment.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and potentially overnight shifts.
