Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
• Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training
• Use company shopping technologies and alternative purchase paths to support sales
• Represent and deliver a consistent customer experience aligned to brand expectations
• Engage in networking to begin building a clientele
• Provide feedback to management on successes, opportunities and category needs
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred in a high volume or high profile environment
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
• Ability to stand, walk and operate register for multiple hours and maneuver the sales floor
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform moderate climbing as needed
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel or overnight shifts
