Full-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations, supports store initiatives, and represents the brand through exceptional service and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and profit performance using company tools and resources
- Support execution of store and company initiatives
- Participate in team training to achieve business results
- Engage clients with creative outreach and broaden client base
- Deliver consistent brand-aligned customer experiences
- Support alternative purchasing processes such as Gladly and Ship to Home
- Promote product discovery via QR codes and digital catalogs
- Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times
- Provide feedback to management on opportunities and category needs
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume specialty environment preferred
- Strong customer communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to operate register and be on feet for multiple hours
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
- Flexible availability including days evenings weekends and possible travel
- Planning prioritization and time management skills
- Willingness to participate in community outreach and talent sourcing
