Brand Ambassador

Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering personalized, inspiring customer experiences and supporting store initiatives to drive sales and represent brand standards. The role emphasizes teamwork, inclusivity, and developing customer relationships to build clientele and support future leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
• Provide personalized and consistent customer experiences aligned to brand expectations
• Support and participate in team training and company initiatives
• Utilize technology and alternative purchase methods to enhance sales and customer accessibility
• Engage in networking to build and maintain a clientele
• Provide feedback to management on successes, opportunities, and category needs
• Maintain sales floor standards and store presentation at all times

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume specialty environment preferred
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
• Ability to operate register, stand, walk, and move for multiple hours
• Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and maneuvering around sales floor and back-of-house areas
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and potential travel
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and team members
