Responsibilities

• Engage customers, support sales goals, and build client relationships.
• Use alternative shopping and digital tools to help customers discover and purchase products.
• Participate in team training and share feedback on customer, category, and business opportunities.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards while supporting a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or specialty environment preferred.
• Effective communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to stand, walk, maneuver throughout the store, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
