Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and provide personalized styling recommendations using detailed product knowledge.
• Drive individual sales and support team goals through clienteling, outreach, and digital tools.
• Meet or exceed performance indicators and use customer relationship management tools to capture client data.
• Coach colleagues in customer-focused behaviors and relationship building.
• Maintain visual standards, support store initiatives, and contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Experience using digital tools to sell to customers is preferred.
