The Brand Ambassador provides a personalized, inspiring shopping experience while supporting sales objectives and store standards. This customer-focused role contributes to a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and help customers with fashion, styling, sizing, and available programs.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and performance goals and contribute to store sales plans.
• Maintain sales floor, fitting room, visual, and back-of-house standards.
• Support floor sets, replenishment, opening and closing tasks, and company training.
• Share product feedback and collaborate with colleagues and management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and potentially overnight shifts.
