Brand Ambassador

Summary

Provide a personalized and inspiring shopping experience with a customer first mindset while supporting store operations and contributing to sales goals. This entry level role focuses on delivering excellent service, product knowledge, and maintaining brand standards to drive performance and develop future leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and prioritize the customer experience.
• Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture.
• Support achievement of sales plans and uphold brand policies and procedures.
• Assist customers with fitting room needs and sizing guidance.
• Maintain store standards on the sales floor and back of house including opening and closing duties.
• Support operational activities such as floor sets and replenishment.
• Participate in company trainings on product, process, compliance, and talent development.
• Provide product and category feedback to management and help maintain visual standards.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills with customers and store team members.
• Ability to operate a register and remain on feet for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and potential travel.
• Capability to follow company policies and contribute to an inclusive team environment.
