Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and prioritize the customer experience.
- Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture.
- Support achievement of sales plans and uphold brand policies and procedures.
- Assist customers with fitting room needs and sizing guidance.
- Maintain store standards on the sales floor and back of house including opening and closing duties.
- Support operational activities such as floor sets and replenishment.
- Participate in company trainings on product, process, compliance, and talent development.
- Provide product and category feedback to management and help maintain visual standards.
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume environment preferred.
- Strong communication skills with customers and store team members.
- Ability to operate a register and remain on feet for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas.
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and potential travel.
- Capability to follow company policies and contribute to an inclusive team environment.
