Summary
The Sales Associate acts as a brand ambassador, providing exceptional customer service from welcome to close and representing the brand as a product and service expert to meet sales goals and elevate the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed store goals and personal KPIs.
- Initiate and leverage sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
- Maintain customer correspondence to build and enhance client relationships.
- Follow established sales techniques and service standards.
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge and awareness of industry trends.
- Perform opening and closing store duties and assist with inventory and special projects.
- Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards with direction from management.
- Maintain professional appearance and behavior and support company initiatives.
- Partner with team and participate in training of new sales associates when requested.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in luxury retail including high end watch sales.
- Proven success in client service in a luxury environment.
- Strong organization, communication and follow up skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple demands.
- Results oriented and self motivated to achieve management defined goals.
- Highly flexible and able to work as part of a team in a demanding environment.
- Availability to work any day of the week including weekends.
- Computer proficiency.
