Summary

The Brand Ambassador creates a personalized and inspiring shopping experience while contributing to store sales goals. This customer-focused role supports sales floor and store operations, maintains brand standards, and collaborates with the team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and help customers with styling, product knowledge, and fitting room needs.
• Meet or exceed individual performance goals and contribute to store sales plans.
• Maintain sales floor, back-of-house, and visual standards; support replenishment, floor sets, and opening and closing tasks.
• Participate in training and share customer, product, and category feedback with management.
• Support a positive, inclusive team environment and follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts or travel.
