Brand Ambassador

Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassadors deliver a personalized, on-brand shopping experience focused on customer connection and driving sales. This entry-level retail role supports store initiatives, leverages digital tools to broaden product accessibility, and helps build a clientele while upholding Ralph Lauren standards.

Responsibilities

• Proactively drive daily sales and work to achieve individual and team targets.
• Provide an elevated, customer-first experience aligned with RL brand expectations.
• Support store initiatives and participate in team training to execute business results.
• Use digital and alternative purchasing tools (Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home) to support omni-channel sales.
• Promote product discovery through QR codes, digital catalogs and virtual store tools.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards and share feedback with management on opportunities.

Requirements

• Retail or related industry experience preferred in a high-volume or specialty environment.
• Strong customer communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to operate a register and stand, walk and move for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and maneuvering around sales floor, stock and dressing rooms.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and occasional overnight shifts or travel.
