Brand Ambassador

Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for creating personalized and inspiring shopping experiences that exceed customer expectations. The role focuses on driving daily sales results, building client relationships, and supporting store initiatives and training. This position requires a customer-first mindset and flexibility to work varied hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive business to meet daily, weekly and monthly sales goals
• Deliver consistent, on-brand customer experiences and build clientele
• Support and execute store initiatives and participate in team training
• Use omnichannel tools and technologies to assist customers (Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home)
• Maintain sales floor and store standards and provide feedback to management

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume specialty environment experience preferred
• Effective communication skills with customers and team members
• Ability to stand, walk and operate the register for multiple hours and lift up to 30 lbs
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers
