As a Brand Ambassador at Ralph Lauren in Texas City, you will be the face of the brand, providing an exceptional and personalized shopping experience for every customer. You will play a key role in driving sales and achieving business goals while embodying the core values of Ralph Lauren.

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals by focusing on customer satisfaction.
• Participate in team training and support company initiatives to achieve business results.
• Utilize "More Ways to Shop" to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
• Engage in networking to build a clientele and strengthen customer relationships.
• Provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities within the store.
• Ensure sales floor and store standards are consistently met.

• Retail experience or similar industry experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment preferred.
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor and operate the register.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
