Responsibilities

• Deliver sales and profit performance using key tools and resources
• Support execution of company and store initiatives
• Participate in and support team training to achieve business results
• Engage clients through creative outreach and alternative purchasing processes
• Maintain exceptional store execution and sales floor standards
• Use technology to broaden product discovery and shopping options
• Provide feedback to management on opportunities and category needs
• Support networking and talent sourcing efforts

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred
• Effective communication with customers and store personnel
• Ability to stand, move, and walk for multiple hours and lift up to 30 lbs
• Ability to operate register and perform sales floor tasks
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel
• Planning and prioritization skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
