Brand Ambassador

Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring customer experience in a high-volume specialty retail environment. This role focuses on driving sales, supporting store initiatives, and representing brand standards while developing clientele and supporting new shopping technologies.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through customer-focused activity
• Provide personalized customer service and build client relationships
• Support and execute company and store initiatives and training
• Utilize technologies and alternative shopping methods to drive business
• Maintain sales floor standards and store presentation at all times
• Provide feedback to management on opportunities and category needs
• Participate in team collaboration to deliver consistent brand experience

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume specialty environment experience preferred
• Effective communication skills with customers and team members
• Ability to operate register and stand and move for multiple hours
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around store areas
• Flexible availability including days evenings weekends and possible travel
• Willingness to participate in training and use new technology
