Brand Ambassador

Summary

Brand Ambassadors deliver personalized, customer-first service on the sales floor, assisting with styling, fitting, and product education. This part-time retail role supports sales goals, maintains visual and operational standards, and helps create an inclusive team environment. The position requires flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and personalized styling assistance.
• Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs (SPH, data capture) and support store sales targets.
• Operate point-of-sale, assist in fitting rooms, and maintain sales floor and back-of-house standards.
• Support visual merchandising, floor sets, replenishment, and opening and closing tasks.
• Participate in trainings and share product feedback with management.

Requirements

• Retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for multiple hours and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel.
