Responsibilities
- Deliver sales and profit performance using key tools and resources
- Support execution of company and store initiatives
- Participate in team training to achieve business results
- Engage clients through creative outreach and networking
- Provide ongoing feedback to management on successes and opportunities
- Support alternative purchasing processes such as ship to home and virtual services
- Maintain store standards and ensure sales floor execution
- Champion brand values and support community outreach
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume specialty environment preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel
- Ability to stand, move, walk for multiple hours and lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to operate register and perform sales floor tasks
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel
- Proven track record of building positive customer and coworker relationships
- Planning and time management skills
