Summary

The Full-Time Brand Ambassador provides a personalized and inspiring in-store shopping experience while supporting sales and store performance. This customer-focused role contributes to company initiatives, team training, client engagement, and consistent store execution.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer experiences aligned with brand expectations and support sales and profit performance.
• Engage clients through store initiatives, community outreach, and alternative shopping and purchasing tools.
• Support team training, company initiatives, and a collaborative sales environment.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards, follow company policies, and share feedback and category opportunities with management.
• Contribute to networking and talent sourcing.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Ability to operate a register, remain mobile on the sales floor, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts or travel.
