Brand Ambassador

Summary

The Brand Ambassador provides personalized, customer-focused service and helps create an inspiring shopping experience. This role supports sales goals, maintains store standards, and contributes to a positive and inclusive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and help customers with product, styling, sizing, and fitting room needs.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and performance objectives and contribute to store sales plans.
• Maintain sales floor, fitting room, and back-of-house standards, including visual presentation, replenishment, and opening or closing tasks.
• Participate in training and collaborate with colleagues to support store operations and the customer experience.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, and weekend schedules, with occasional overnight shifts or travel as required.
