The Opportunity

BYREDO is seeking passionate Client Advisors to join our growing retail teams across North America. Whether pursuing a full-time or part-time opportunity, Client Advisors are responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, cultivating long-term relationships, and serving as brand ambassadors for BYREDO. In partnership with boutique leadership, this role contributes to commercial success by providing elevated service, driving sales performance, and creating memorable experiences that connect clients to the BYREDO universe. What You'll Get To Do

Sales Excellence

• Maintain knowledge of industry and market trends to evolve and optimize sales strategies
• Provide an exceptional BYREDO client experience, demonstrating expertise and understanding of our elevated selling approach
• Build rapport with returning clients by recognizing and understanding their needs, ensuring a personalized and unified shopping experience
• Showcase BYREDO's product portfolio across fragrance, makeup, home, and lifestyle categories, offering curated recommendations and memorable shopping experiences
• Drive sales performance through strategic cross-selling and meaningful client relationship building
• Utilize CRM tools to maintain client information, strengthen loyalty, and deliver personalized outreach
• Contribute ideas and insights during store meetings to support boutique growth and performance

Client Experience & Brand Expertise

• Build and nurture client relationships through personalized outreach, clienteling activities, events, and masterclasses
• Provide thoughtful after-sales service to ensure ongoing client satisfaction
• Create personalized shopping experiences that reflect each client's unique tastes and preferences
• Develop and maintain knowledge of BYREDO's products, launches, and brand heritage
• Participate in product education, training sessions, and new launch initiatives
• Uphold the highest standards of product presentation, care, and luxury service

Operations

• Support day-to-day store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention initiatives
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and boutique presentation in accordance with brand guidelines
• Support operational efficiency and contribute to an organized, client-focused environment
• Partner with boutique leadership and colleagues to drive business growth and enhance the client experience

We'd Love To Meet You If You Have

• 1-3+ years of experience in luxury retail, beauty, fragrance, fashion, hospitality, or a client-centric sales environment
• Proven ability to build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service
• A passion for luxury retail and creating memorable client experiences
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, adaptable, and dependable attitude
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and occasional extended hours as business needs require
• Ability to lift boxes and support inventory-related tasks as needed
