Brand Ambassador

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of the brand, driving sales and providing technical knowledge of products. You will be responsible for product training and education for other associates, offering product feedback to merchants and vendors, and developing client and business relationships to enhance sales.

• Drive sales for the brand in a specific category.
• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing client sales.
• Coordinate special orders and product movement to meet customer requests.
• Reinforce shortage awareness and adherence to SOP for profitability.
• Coordinate department efforts for special events and trunk shows.
• Educate and train associates on technical product aspects.
• Provide feedback to corporate buying office and vendors.
• Act as a liaison between department and vendor representatives.
• Exhibit the highest customer service standards as a role model.

• 2+ years of selling experience in a similar product category.
• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Ability to interpret reports and develop selling strategies.
• Excellent selling and client-building skills.
