Brand Ambassador - Seasonal

Summary

As a Part-Time Brand Ambassador, you provide a personalized, on-floor shopping experience that drives daily sales and builds customer relationships. You support store initiatives, participate in team training, and use in-store technology to broaden product discovery and alternative purchasing paths. This entry-level role focuses on delivering Ralph Lauren brand standards while beginning to grow a clientele.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day sales and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Engage customers on the sales floor and represent RL brand experience expectations.
• Support and utilize More Ways to Shop tools and technologies (Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home).
• Participate in team training, provide feedback to management, and support store initiatives.
• Maintain sales floor standards and assist with product discovery tools (QR codes, digital catalogs, virtual stores).

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume specialty experience preferred.
• Strong customer communication skills and ability to build and maintain clientele.
• Ability to stand, walk, operate the register, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel.
