Store Support - International Plaza

Summary

Provide excellent customer service at the point of sale by assisting customers with purchases, returns, and other transactions. Support the sales floor by maintaining merchandise presentation, restocking, and helping with order fulfillment and pickup. Work as part of a team, stay current on product trends, and deliver a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers over the phone and at checkout with sales, returns, exchanges, and other transactions.
• Maintain a neat and organized department by straightening, light cleaning, and restocking the cash wrap area and sales floor.
• Support order fulfillment and order pick-up processes as needed.
• Build customer relationships by sharing product knowledge, gift card options, and rewards program information.

Requirements

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organization, follow-through, and problem-solving skills with proficiency in computer applications.
• Flexible availability to work a schedule based on business needs.
• Physical ability to move continuously for 6-8 hours, frequently bend, reach, and lift items up to 25 pounds (regularly up to 10 pounds).
