Part-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring retail experience that exceeds customer expectations. This seasonal role focuses on driving sales, supporting store initiatives, and fostering customer relationships while representing brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales goals through customer focused activity
• Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training
• Utilize digital and alternative purchasing tools to enhance customer experience
• Engage in networking to begin building a clientele
• Provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times
• Represent brand expectations and champion core company values

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred in a high volume specialty environment
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
• Ability to operate register stand and be on feet for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and possible travel
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with management and co workers
