Part-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations. Role focuses on driving sales through customer engagement, supporting store initiatives, and contributing to a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities

• Drive daily business to achieve sales goals through proactive customer engagement
• Support company and store initiatives and execute store vision
• Participate in team training and use new technology to enhance results
• Utilize More Ways to Shop including Gladly Click to Zoom JRNI and Ship to Home
• Engage in networking to begin building a clientele
• Provide feedback to management on successes opportunities and category needs
• Ensure sales floor and store standards are consistently met

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred
• Effective communication with customers and store personnel
• Ability to operate register stand walk and move for multiple hours
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and back of house
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and possible overnight shifts and travel
