Summary
Lead development and execution of North America brand strategy to drive relevance and growth across fashion and lifestyle businesses. Collaborate cross-functionally to translate consumer insights and cultural trends into storytelling and integrated marketing initiatives. Manage campaign planning, content development, and performance tracking while supporting annual strategic plans and mentorship of junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to annual brand strategy plans for North America and identify differentiation opportunities.
- Lead growth strategy for specific business segments such as Mens and Womens Polo and Kids.
- Support execution of integrated campaigns across digital, retail, social, PR, experiential, and wholesale channels.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and cross-functional coordination.
- Assist in gathering and synthesizing consumer insights, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance and assist in KPI reporting to optimize strategies.
- Stay informed on marketing formats, technologies, and cultural trends to identify engagement opportunities.
- Collaborate with Creative, Product, Media, Digital, Retail, and Global Marketing teams for cohesive execution.
- Mentor junior team members or interns and foster a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in brand strategy, integrated marketing, or brand management.
- Experience with fashion, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret consumer insights and market data.
- Experience supporting 360 marketing campaigns and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with storytelling ability.
- Solid project and budget management capabilities.
- Understanding of brand and business performance measures such as brand equity and sales.
- Culturally attuned to fashion and retail trends and competitive landscape.
