This role serves as a central connector across Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, Planning, Digital, and external partners to ensure marketing strategies are translated into executable plans, delivered on time, and aligned to business priorities.

This role balances strategic thinking with hands-on operational leadership, owning marketing processes, timelines, and cross-functional workflows that support omni-channel execution at scale.

As the ideal candidate, you should be an enthusiastic team player who is motivated by challenges and embraces the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally. This role requires a high level of organization and attention to detail with the capacity to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Operations & Planning

  • Own and manage end-to-end marketing workflows and timelines across the seasonal product lifecycle, from concept through execution and retail readiness.
  • Maintain and evolve marketing calendars, hierarchy calendars, sequencing, taxonomy, and customer journey frameworks aligned to assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies.
  • Ensure marketing plans remain aligned to final assortment, volumes by category, pricing plans, and promotional calendars, adjusting execution plans as inputs evolve.
  • Act as the day-to-day owner of marketing operational readiness across all FOBs and retail partners.

Cross-Functional Execution & Alignment

  • Serve as the primary operational lead connecting Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, Design, Planning, Digital, Visual, and Media teams.
  • Lead cross-functional milestone meetings, working sessions, and touchbases to align on inputs, outputs, ownership, and timelines.
  • Translate marketing strategy into clear execution plans, ensuring dependencies and handoffs are understood across teams.
  • Partner with Channel Leads and retail partners to support partner-specific execution needs while maintaining consistency and efficiency.

Campaign, Briefing & Asset Operations

  • Own the development and management of clear marketing and creative briefs, ensuring alignment to business objectives, product strategy, and channel requirements.
  • Oversee execution readiness for omni-channel campaigns, including site experience, email/SMS, social, digital marketing, in-store signage, and partner collateral.
  • Coordinate timelines and dependencies for creative strategy, asset development, photoshoots, content creation, and execution kickoffs.
  • Ensure all assets and deliverables are downstream-ready for launch across channels and retail partners.

Process, Budget & Operational Excellence

  • Manage marketing project management tools, trackers, and operating cadences across initiatives.
  • Partner with Directors and senior leaders to manage budgets, timelines, resourcing, and prioritization.
  • Oversee operational processes including invoice tracking, budget pacing, and vendor coordination.
  • Identify execution risks early and proactively implement solutions to keep work on track.

Performance, Insights & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead monthly and seasonal marketing hindsight reviews, synthesizing insights across channels and campaigns.
  • Partner with Merchandising, Planning, and Analytics teams to connect marketing performance insights to future seasonal planning and execution improvements.
  • Document and apply learnings to improve process efficiency, speed-to-market, and execution quality.
  • Support the evolution of marketing best practices across FOBs and retail partners.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, integrated marketing, or cross-channel marketing roles.
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-channel marketing workflows in a retail, e-commerce, or consumer brand environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated success partnering cross-functionally with Creative, Merchandising, Planning, Digital, and external partners.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable plans.
  • Experience managing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.
