Summary
The Content Manager plans and coordinates seasonal content programs that support business, brand, merchant, and customer objectives. This role connects account management, creative, production, merchandising, and other teams to ensure stories and assets are developed, approved, and used effectively across customer-facing channels.
Responsibilities
- Align content priorities with business and brand objectives, and identify seasonal storytelling opportunities with partner teams.
- Translate prioritized stories into executable programs, defining timelines, responsibilities, asset needs, and follow-through.
- Build and maintain the content calendar and create briefs with creative direction, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.
- Partner with Creative and Copy teams to develop consistent storytelling across voice, visuals, and customer experience.
- Manage asset revisions and approvals, document decisions, and ensure content is accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time.
- Evaluate asset utilization with Finance and identify ways to improve efficiency and maximize creative investment.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in content management, marketing operations, retail marketing, creative production, brand marketing, or a related field.
- Knowledge of brand storytelling and customer-facing marketing channels, including how content supports conversion and brand perception.
- Ability to translate business, merchant, and brand priorities into content strategies, briefs, and creative deliverables.
- Strong project management, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project management tools, digital asset management systems, or content workflow platforms is a plus.
