Job Description

Summary

As a Brand Marketing Sr Manager Activations at Ralph Lauren, you will lead the development and strategic execution of marketing initiatives across the West region, focusing on Los Angeles, CA. You will drive qualified traffic to RLS, manage brand engagement tactics, and ensure Ralph Lauren's brand vision is translated into localized markets.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive regional marketing strategy aligning with national and global brand initiatives.
  • Drive development of new customer acquisition and HNWI strategies.
  • Execute retail activations, client experiences, and localized brand partnerships.
  • Identify high-potential regional brand partnerships to amplify brand visibility.
  • Support new store openings and key seasonal moments.
  • Manage logistics, vendor procurement, and event coordination.
  • Analyze regional market insights and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Build relationships with store management teams and local partners.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of management experience in retail field and stores.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or equivalent.
  • Luxury brand store and event experience required.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
