Job Description

Summary

As a Brand Marketing Sr Manager Activations at Ralph Lauren, you will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives across the West region, focusing on Los Angeles, CA. You will drive traffic and brand engagement through innovative marketing activations, partnerships, and PR strategies, ensuring alignment with Ralph Lauren's brand vision.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies that align with national and global brand initiatives.
  • Drive customer acquisition and brand visibility through retail activations, partnerships, and PR opportunities.
  • Manage logistics for in-store activations and community-driven events, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Analyze regional market insights to inform strategy and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance brand affinity and customer experiences.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of management experience in retail marketing and brand activations.
  • Strong knowledge of West Coast markets, particularly Los Angeles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn technical applications quickly.
  • Experience with luxury brand stores and event management.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
