Brand Specialist - Yorkdale

As a Brand Specialist at Yorkdale, you will play a key role in leading the Emporio Armani brand and developing a clientele that values superior service. You will be responsible for achieving sales goals, delivering product knowledge training, and building strong customer relationships.

• Lead by example to achieve sales goals and manage the designer brand/department.
• Deliver product knowledge training to Advisors and develop brand image.
• Engage in personal sales and holistic selling in-store, building repeat clientele.
• Prepare for appointments and client meetings to strategize merchandise presentation and add-on sales.
• Communicate with buying and visual teams to ensure product inventory and brand spirit are represented.
• Participate in and coordinate Trunk Shows.
• Inspire repeat exceptional customer experiences both online and in-store through consistent training.
• Focus on team building to achieve financial goals.

• Minimum of 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Experience in various retail departments such as sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing, and made-to-measure is preferred.
• Passion for creating exceptional customer service experiences both online and in-store.
• Desire to participate in training initiatives and incorporate acquired skills into daily activities.
• Interest in technology and using tech innovations to support retail customer service.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
