Job Description

Summary

As a Business Planning Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the internal service structure and key processes to support future growth expectations. You will work closely with various departments to design sales tools, forecast sales, and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze and forecast sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Design, maintain, and monitor reports and trackers related to sales, orders, and inventory.
  • Create sales tools to maximize sales force impact.
  • Track and align channel operating expenses with budget expectations.
  • Facilitate the annual budget process with sales directors and cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor demand according to sales trends and work with planning teams.
  • Research and implement channel-specific supply chain requirements.
  • Create account-specific proposals and project plans.
  • Evaluate potential profitability of projects and monitor performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Administration, Project Management, or Strategy Management/Consulting.
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and implement new processes.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with SAP, Business Objects.
  • Strong customer service focus and interpersonal skills.
