Responsibilities- Lead and manage payroll systems to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Assist in gap analysis for improvements in routine and ad-hoc assignments.
- Support all phases of payroll from a system perspective, serving as an expert on related matters.
- Conduct research and resolve data conflicts impacting payroll processing.
- Identify process improvements and ensure system accuracy through detailed analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing business needs.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize payroll processes and enhance employee experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ADP systems and payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
- Provide training and support to team members on ADP system functionalities.
- Escalate and address critical issues promptly, initiating actions to mitigate and correct issues.
- Strive for successful and timely completion of payroll-related projects and priorities.
- Act as the contact person for payroll system-related projects.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or APA Certification.
- 8+ years of payroll experience with extensive knowledge of HR, payroll, and time management systems, focusing on ADP Globalview.
- Strong technical knowledge of SAP PAYROLL systems and their integration with other HR and financial systems.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, workflow, and procedures in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience leveraging analytics and automation to improve business processes.
- Experience with US & Canada payroll processes and compliance requirements.
- Ability to critically think and troubleshoot payroll systems and HR technology issues.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and constant change of priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Project Management experience.
- Proven ability to work as an individual contributor in a team environment, with a strong eagerness for collaboration.
